Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited, one of the leading National Level Development Banks, seeks application from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic and result oriented qualified Nepalese citizens for upcoming branches as Surkhet, Lamki, and Attariya and existing branches at Banke and Bardiya District as follows
Vacancy 001/78/79: Job Positions (for upcoming Surkhet/Lamki/Attariya Branches)
1. Branch Managers: Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer – Few
> Candidates must have sound exposure in area of Credit, Operations and Branch management.
> Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in BFIs
2. Relationship Officers: Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant – Few
> Candidates applying for the position must have sound knowledge of credit business.
> Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in credit business in BFIs.
3. Operations In-Charge: Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant – Few
> Candidates applying for the position must have sound knowledge of branch operations.
> Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in operations at BFIs.
Note: Candidates applying for all positions under above must have:
> Completed minimum of Bachelor’s degree from recognized university in Management/Economics
> Been working at the same or one level below (minimum 1 year experience in one position below) then position they are applying for.
> Working knowledge of MS Office applications and fluent in English and Nepali.
> Age not exceed 35 years as of Ashwin 6, 2078
> Selection Criteria: Short listing and Interview
Vacancy 002/78/79: Job Positions
1. Trainee Assistant (for branches at Banke, Bardiya, Dang and Surkhet District) Few
> Candidates applying for the position must have completed at least Bachelor’s degree from recognized university in management or economics
> Age must not exceed 25 years as of Ashwin 6, 2078
> While short listing preference will be given to candidates from local area (same district)
> Selection criteria: Short listing, written examination and interview
