1. Head Strategy (Manager M3/ M4/M5)

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for defining structure and execution of strategic initiatives in the Bank through development of work plans, gathering and generating relevant data, driving analysis and development of actionable recommendations. 


2. Chief Marketing Officer [CMO] (Manager M4/ M5)

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for overseeing planning, development and execution of the Bank’s overall marketing, advertising and brand strengthening initiatives. 


3. Deposit Marketing (Officer O2/ Manager M1)

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for advancing and implementing strategic products awareness program of the Bank along with developing, organizing, and monitoring daily sales activities of the Bank’s products sales and deposit growth as Deposit Marketing Officer or Deposit Marketing Manager.


4. Head - Credit Administration and Support (Manager M1/ M2)

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for overall supervision and monitoring of post sanction of loans to customers by managing and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations of credit administration along with credit operations. 


5. Branch Managers (Officer O1/O2/ Manager M1/M2)

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for administration and efficient operation of managing entire branch including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives, with primary focus on sales and customer on-boarding. 


6. Province Head (Manager M4/ M5)

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for administration and efficient operation of managing entire branches within the defined Province, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. 


7. Information Technology (Officer O2/ Manager M1/ M2)

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for supporting Head IT in developing and executing information technology strategies, explore for technological innovation in co-ordination with Digital Banking wing of the Bank. 


8. Digi Sales (Officer O2/ Manager M1/ M2/ M3)

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for sales of Bank’s digital products to the customers in coordination with Digital Banking teams of the Bank.


9. Infrastructure and Project Finance (Officer O2/ Manager M1)

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for increasing Bank’s healthy portfolio in Hydro Electricity, other infrastructure and project finance sector of the Bank as a Relationship Officer or Relationship Manager. The role also requires to cross sell Bank's other products and services.


10. Remittance Business (Officer O1/Officer O2)

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for exploring potential remittance business and designing innovative products related to remittance in domestic and abroad. 


11. Head Guarantee-Contractor Business (Manager M1/M2)

Job Purpose

The role holder should take a lead to explore contractors’ guarantee business in Nepal keeping in mind the risk appetite of the Bank and should be able to generate good fees and commission based income as Head of the Unit. 


12. Relationship Officers- Guarantee Business (Officer O1/ Officer O2)

Job Purpose

The role holders require onboarding new guarantee business customers in the Bank with aim of maximizing fees and commission based business and launch initiative to spread awareness to the target customers. 


13. Credit Approvers (Officer O1/O2/ Manager M1/M2

- Job code: Credit Approvers

Job Purpose

The role holders require approving of credit cases related to Retail Loans and Small and Medium Sectors Loans (Working Capital financing, Term loan, import loan, etc.) based on proposals submitted by credit underwriters or relationship managers taking into consideration the risk and return on each sector, delinquency trends, sectoral risks, Bank’s credit policy and regulatory regime.


14. Digital Banking Area- Developers (Assistant A2/A3/ Officer O1/O2)

- Job code: Digital Banking Area- Developer

Job Purpose

The Data Analyst and Query Developer position is responsible for working within the Digital Banking Team, participating in a team responsible for report generation and data analysis utilizing database management software/tools against various database platforms. The candidates are expected to be highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming, to produce scalable software solutions. The role holders will be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment as a Data Analyst or Query Developer.
