Academic Qualification Criteria
Minimum of Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field, Chartered Accountancy shall be an added advantage.
Experience Criteria
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Institution with good understanding of operations finance and other support functions.
Contributed in process automation and digitization.
Other Competencies
Deep industry experience.
Strong operational background with good understanding of technical knowhow.
Ability to motivate & lead a fairly large team, coordinate internal & external resources & achieve KPIS.
Proven experience of formulating policy, procedures/manuals for streamlining Bank’s Operation
Good understanding of financial management including use of financial tools, grabbing of market opportunity
Good understanding of legal & regulatory framework in which Bank operates
Proven leadership experience of handling larger teams & ensure achievement of desire outcome.
Scope
Plan, direct & control Bank’s operations and finance.
Ensure seamless operations, build a robust First line of defence in respective functions by formulating policy/procedural guidelines and operational policies for internal control.
Implementing & monitoring operational procedures and framework as well as monitoring it periodically.
Design and implement continuous learning of the staff
Assist the Bank in strategic and tactical decision making
